New this week
This week Stephen Soderbergh introduces new action star and former MMA fighter Gina Carano in Haywire. She's a double-crossed agent who needs to use all of her fighting skills to get away from those who wish to cause her harm. It also stars Michael Fassbender, Ewan McGregor, Bill Paxton, Antonio Banderas and Michael Douglas and is available in DVD and blu-ray.
Martin Scorcese's tribute to the quiet Beatle, George Harrison: Living in the Material World, comes out on DVD this week. It features home movies, interviews and lots of music!
If you're looking for a clever take on the courtroom drama try the USA series Suits, in which a corporate law firm's newly hired associate might be lacking a law degree but turns out to be quite the legal idiot savant.
Finally, here's another new Masterpiece Classic release this week, with a dark take on Dickens' The Mystery of Edwin Drood.
One you might have missed
Michelle Williams won a Golden Globe for her portrayal of My Week With Marilyn, a film that takes place during the filming of The Prince and the Showgirl. Why not check out the real thing? We've got The Prince and the Showgirl and it is free to check out for a week.
